Veronica Huffines

I’m the product of 2 generations of teachers. I grew up talking about education theory around the dinner table. In college, I started off majoring in technical theater, emphasizing set and lighting design, before realizing that I missed math too much. I switched over to engineering and worked as a peer tutor for math (I’ve been tutoring upper-level math ever since). I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. I am passionate about the study of Art and Math–they are fun and exciting and more related than you probably think. They both give us unique insights into the truth of God. Art is not just a hobby, Math is not something to be endured, they are both ways of life, ways of thinking, ways of looking at the world and of seeing God in it.
