Contact Ashely Enriquez Science of Food Virtual TourHello, My name is Ashley Enriquez. My family and I are transplants from California. We were so excited to join Connections three years ago. I’ve been a homeschool mom for six years, where my love for learning has been transformed into a love of teaching. Before kids, I owned a Personal Health Chef business in Orange County. Understanding our bodies’ functions and wellness has been a driving force in my continual education and research which has led to multiple certifications on the matter. The kitchen is my happy space where I can get lost in the science and creativity of recipes that are intentionally crafted for functional health while still being beautiful. Inviting kids into the kitchen to learn a subject that covers a multitude of real-life skills that they can use for the rest of their lives is just as exciting to me as it will be for your kids.
Something new, with much prayer and through God’s provision I was able to start a homeschool program at the Bothell Community Bible Study where I have the role of Youth Director. My growing love for the word and the richness it brings to our lives is what drives my love for sharing knowledge. Knowledge in the word and in God’s delightful creations, us!
